Therefore it also had a lot of VFX in it, and I both made some backgrounds for the Sweden set and matte paintings, art
direction for some of the matte shots and 2D textures for the air plane sequences. A lot of work. Morten Bartholdy made the
aeroplanes and Tine Nikali made the 3D clouds.

The FX snow looked more like popcorn, so I painted a more realistic
version. If the couple were supposed to be dead, the snow would fill
theirs nostrils, ears etc, without melting. (Roll over to see the original)
Same problem with the snow as above. Animated matte with additional
